Beet The Cold is our quiet rebellion against ordinary hot chocolate. Built on deeply melted dark chocolate and oat milk, this drink is infused with beetroot for natural sweetness, depth, and a striking crimson hue. Beets bring earthiness and body, amplifying the bitterness of dark chocolate rather than masking it — a balance we refined carefully to keep the chocolate front and center. The coconut whip softens the intensity, while a crisp chocolate-dipped beet chip adds texture and contrast, turning the drink into something you don’t just sip — you experience. This is hot chocolate reimagined the Coup way: plant-based, unapologetically bold, and just a little subversive.
