STRAWBERRY CLOUD 9
Strawberry Cloud 9 came together during a quiet moment at work when a few of us started throwing around ideas, pink drink, strawberry, white chocolate. Since we usually feature dark or milk chocolate, we wanted to try something new this year and build a drink around creamy white chocolate instead. We use real strawberries for our house-made purée, paired with a natural strawberry syrup so there’s no artificial flavour or colour. The base is a decadent white chocolate from France, with a creamy milk mixture, finished with fluffy whipped cream and our house-made toasted vanilla marshmallow for that true “cloud 9 ” feel. A white chocolate covered strawberry and a sprinkle of local freeze dried candy pieces bring it all together. Soft, dreamy, and delicious, made with love by our team.
