Hot Chocolate: Milk, heavy cream, Callebaut dark chocolate, 70% swiss chocolate, cocoa powder, cane sugar, *Marsala wine, espresso powder, guar gum, vanilla, salt. Meringue: egg whites, brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup, cream of tartar, salt. Whipped Cream: Heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla. Chocolate Ganache: Semi-sweet chocolate, whipping cream. Lady Finger. *Marsala can be left out for non-spirited version.
