Tropical Snowfall
This year, the Cravings Bistro culinary team wanted to bring a little sunshine to winter. Inspired by tropical flavours, our chef and team created a rich hot chocolate using premium Swiss white chocolate, real coconut cream and coconut milk, finished with a touch of pineapple syrup for a bright, refreshing twist. Each drink is topped with real coconut whipped cream, house-made pineapple sauce, and toasted coconut, and served with a home-made coconut macaroon (GF) and fresh pineapple on the side - because the details matter. For the boozy version, we add pineapple flambéed in white rum and a shot of white rum on the side, turning it into a cozy, dessert-style cocktail. A fun, team-crafted creation designed to give you a little tropical escape - even on the coldest Calgary days.
