Our theme at the bakery is always making everything we do close to home, hence each of our Hot Chocolate Fest creations being Alberta themed. This year's drink inspiration is inline with 2026 being predicted to have some of the best Northern Lights displays in Alberta. The drink will feature white chocolate, symbolic of our snowy winters and a hint of some Alberta wild berries.
Milk, White Chocolate, house made wild berry syrup (Saskatoon Berries, Blueberries, Raspberries), berry whipped cream, edible glitter.
