Marzipan Hot Chocolate
Inspired by a little European magic, this marzipan hot chocolate brings a touch of French je ne sais quoi to your cup. Rich cocoa, a hint of almond, whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings and a housemade marzipan heart on a stick. If you're familiar with Ollia, you may notice this delicious drink has made a much requested return!
Chocolate Base: milk (dairy or oat milk), cocoa powder, orgeat syrup Topping: whipped cream or dairy-free coconut whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. Marzipan: almond flour, icing sugar, glucose (corn syrup), almond extract (water, alcohol, glycerine, bitter almond oil), rose water (distilled water, rose extract), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).
