Tokyo Banana Hot Chocolate
We're taking our inspiration from Japan's beloved sweet treat - the Tokyo Banana! For those who are unfamiliar with them, just picture little banana-shaped Twinkies filled with banana custard cream. For our hot chocolate, we're infusing steamed milk with premium Swiss Lindt milk chocolate, and our house-made banana purée. We're topping it off with whipped cream, and our very own homemade version of the Tokyo Banana - a fluffy, soft sponge cake with a creamy banana custard filling.
