Orange Nightcap
As a cocktail bar, we wanted to emulate what you might see on our drinks menu for our first entry into Hot Chocolate Fest. Our Winter Drink menu has a delicious Chocolate Orange Old Fashioned available, so we thought, why not lean into that concept? We created the "Orange Nightcap". A Parisian style hot chocolate that layers the bitter-sweetness of Dark Chocolate with fresh orange and the caramel notes of toasted house-made marshmallows. For a more spirited option, we add Cointreau Noire, bringing an additional level of orange, vanilla and honey notes to the drink.
