PB&J Hot Chocolate
Our inspiration comes from childhood, where a PB&J sandwich was a familiar lunchbox staple or after-school snack. These flavours evoke comfort and nostalgia–the perfect way to warm up in February in Calgary. With all of our pastries made in-house, we were able to capture the flavours of peanut butter and jelly in the delectable garnish served alongside our hot chocolate. As an Italian restaurant group, Alforno is rooted in family, and there’s no better way to reflect on that than through flavours that bring us back to childhood–shared moments, simple comforts, and familiar favourites like PB&J.
