Benoît's Brûlée Blitz
The classic brulée is the one of the few desserts that you get to play with before enjoying! We wanted to bring the same playful nature to a hot chocolate, with the decadent chocolate custard being the prize. Sealing that prize is our whipped meringue and a crust of torched sugar.
Custard powder, whole milk, vanilla paste, cocoa powder, sugar syrup, meringue, raw sugar.
