Yuzu Cheesecake Hot Chocolate
This is our 2024 version of our beloved yuzu hot chocolate. This year, we've added epicurean cheesecake ice cream spheres (made in-house) enveloped in a yuzu white chocolate couverture. We then place them on top of decadent whipped cream with white chocolate shavings and citrus zest. The body of the hot chocolate is bright and comforting. By default, the main hot chocolate will be served using white chocolate; please feel to ask to substitute in a sybaritic dark chocolate if you'd prefer! Enjoy!
