Edelweiss Apfel Strudel Kakao
The aristocracy of 17th century Germany, inspired by the Turkish Empire's Baklava, introduced the world to the Apfel Strudel and we are hoping to transport you into another time and place with our Edelweiss Apfel Strudel Kakao creation! A steaming mug of dark, velvety hot chocolate is infused with warm spices of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. It’s crowned with real whipped cream flavored with baked apples, softly caramelized and lightly sweetened. Our creation would not be complete without a bite sized sample of our in house made Apfelstrudel. It is a flaky apple strudel pocket, golden and crisp, filled with tender spiced apples—perfect for alternating sips and bites.
Hofgut Baking Cocoa (Backkakao), Suchard Drinking Chocolate, Gingerbread spices (including nutmeg, cinnamon, clove) - topped with whipped cream flavoured with in-house made Turkish Apple Tea Syrup, and a mini Apfelstrudel ,which is house-made pastry, apples, raisins, rum extract (does not contain alcohol) and spices.
