To Chai For offers up a rich mixture of handmade dark chocolate simmered with coconut milk & chai spice to create a thick ganache that offers both sweetness with just a little bit of spice. Topped with our house blend of suagr & spice and whipped cream, the To Chai For is every bit to die for as it's name suggests. To Chai For came about from our little coffeeshop's absolute love of everything chai, so when asked to sit down and create an entry for this year's YYC Hot Chocolate Fest we knew our direction immediately. We asked a chocolatier friend of ours to help us out with our vision and voila! the To Chai For was born!
