Peanut Brittle Hot Chocolate
During Christmas my mother made peanut brittle with chocolate for our stockings. We thought it would be great as a hot chocolate. We start with delicious house made caramel chocolate ganache and peanut butter that we make from scratch. We add those ingredients to milk and steam it together. Then we top off the blended ingredients with French vanilla whipped cream, salted caramel and roasted peanuts.
