Raspberry Tiramisu
This year for Hot Chocolate Fest’s “Meals on Wheels” fundraiser, Pocket Coffee has created an innovative twist on the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Our hot chocolate creates a harmonious blend of flavours to warm your soul and spirits in the peak of winter. Starting with the elegant and rich flavours of the coffee- chocolate dessert we’ve combined with the slightly tart aroma of a sweet and tangy raspberry. Our hot chocolate uses a velvety rich dark chocolate base (GF/ DF) that is mixed with espresso and raspberry syrup (so no worries for none coffee drinkers, you won’t be buzzing off this hot chocolate! But feel free to add an extra espresso shot if you wish to). It’s then topped off with your choice of steamed milk and a homemade whipped raspberry mascarpone cream, cocoa powder, and an optional ladyfinger bit! (We also have coconut whip as a dairy free alternative available).
