Topped with whipped cream cheese and a hand-made gingersnap crumble, this locally crafted hot chocolate is made completely from scratch. We begin with our in-house stone-ground 74% heirloom chocolate, blended with rich Alberta dairy from Vital Greens Farm and warming Alberta-grown ginger, then gently infused with our own in-house crafted star anise hydrosol. Spicy, creamy, and oh-so-delicious — one sip and you’ll be starstruck.
