The Early Dawn Detour - Earl Grey White Hot Chocolate
At BORN Brewing Co., beer is best paired with adventure! And this is what happens when we take a detour for a good cause. Inspired by our favourite Early Dawn Earl Grey Ale, we used the same Earl Grey tea from Tea Trader YYC to gently steep milk, drawing out bright bergamot and soft black tea notes. That infusion is blended with rich white chocolate for a smooth, cozy base, then finished with whipped cream, a white chocolate drizzle, and delicate rose petals. Our spirited version features crème de cacao, deepening the chocolate character. Familiar yet unexpected, this drink is a warm pause in the journey - and proof that some of the best adventures happen off the beaten path.
