Miso Caramel Hot Chocolate
The Miso Caramel by Analog is a decadent cup, with hints of cardamom and umami. The ever-so-light touches of savoury on top of a rich and decadent base take your taste buds on a satiating adventure that will keep you coming back for more. We prepare our own in-house dark chocolate base that is sweetened with a touch of maple and Maldon salt, which lays the foundation for our sweet cardamom infused whipped cream atop. The drink is finished off with a drizzle of our house-recipe white miso and caramel sauce.
