The Great Pyramid of Amato
This years entry is especially unique to say the least.. We start off with our made in-house signature hot chocolate formula which is made from Dutch Cacoa, then infused it with our Sicilian Blood Orange Sorbetto sourced directly from Sicily and topped with whipping cream. Finally the best part, imported directly from Italy, a Chocolate Pyramid made of decadent Chocolate mousse with a crunchy Gianduia (chocolate and hazelnut) center, dusted with cocoa powder and decorated with white chocolate drops, sitting on top of a chocolate pizzelle cookie. Fantastico!!
