Pink Peppercorn Raspberry Hot Chocolate
Every year Bells Cafe tries to do something different for the YYC Hot Chocolate Festival. We work with local chocolatiers to find an ideal combination and this year we have decided on the pink Peppercorn and Raspberry. We tried with black pepper but it was too spicy. The pink Peppercorn is a milder pepper, allowing for full flavor without the burning sensation of black pepper, allowing those of all ages and taste buds to enjoy our new drink. The whipping cream is hand made with Raspberry puree, keeping the tartness to balance the sweet of our handmade ganache. It's even pink! Perfect for Valentine’s Day!
