Inspired by the Needs Must Cafe rotating "Cereal Cookie" program, chef Juan David Tejada (Executive Pastry, Concorde Group) brings the flavor of nostalgia to our 2025 YYC Hot Chocolate Fest submission. Focusing on balancing sweet and salty we chose Cornflakes to compliment the rich, high quality Alunga Chocolate Ganache, made in house daily by our talented team. With every Cereal Milk Hot Chocolate, you receive a miniature cookie garnished with cereal milk caramel and Kellogg's Marshmallow Fruit Loops. Colorful - just like we are!
