Raspberry Marzipan Hot Cocoa
Starting with our Creamy Swiss Hot Chocolate base, this year we have decided to feature one of our uniquely European treats, made in our in-house bakery. We started with the Mandelhörnchen, a Lubeca marzipan treat covered in almonds and dipped in chocolate. An almond syrup and a raspberry syrup are added to the chocolatey base to complete a well rounded flavour profile. We would be amiss not to include a few imported Haribo Berries on top of our decadent in-house made whipped cream and the mini Mandelhörnchen. Try dipping it in the hot chocolate - we don't think you will be disappointed!
