The best!!

by Dan Hoosifat on Maple Bacon Hot Chocolate

Nice flavour combo, if a bit gimmicky. Definitely way too sweet, and the chocolate was low quality (standard pump-syrup). That being said, maple and bacon were a complimentary combo with chocolate, and overall it was enjoyable!Had it a 2nd time half sweet: not noticeably maple-bacony at all, which made it a rather unimpressive beverage. I guess it's like your typical all-in-one chai; half sweet means half flavour.

Great maple flavour in the hot chocolate, yummy whipped cream & bacon, nice second breakfast 🙂

good but a little too sweet for me

The bacon on top was mostly for decoration, but it was crispy and tasty. The maple syrup, whipped cream and hot chocolate tasted great together and made for a lovely drink!

No joke.....it is topped with bacon. It's a little to sweet and rich for my taste. Good for a conversational topic and a good cause.

im not crazy about hot chocolates but i will remember this one from Odyssey Coffeehouse.

Tasty topping. The hot chocolate itself was somewhat tasteless after the sweet and salty top.

I skipped the bacon on this one. Maple and hot chocolate is a good combination though it ends up being a little too sweet. Very good, though.

I wish the bacon on this had been candied, but the salt was a nice counterpart to the whip cream. I found the actual hot chocolate to be almost cloyingly sweet - I could only drink about half of it. It had an odd aftertaste.
